FlashCo® Adds New Business Development Specialist

FlashCo recently announced the hiring of Mike Broski to the position of Business Development Specialist. Mike joins FlashCo with 19 years of experience in the roofing industry, most recently as the Southeast Regional Sales Manager for Gulf Coast Supply. Throughout his career Mike has built solid relationships with FlashCo’s key customers including roofing contractors, roofing distributors and manufacturing partners.

“Mike is a great addition for FlashCo,” says Bill Bartell, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “He is an accomplished sales professional who knows all of our important constituencies and has a long track record of success. Mike’s familiarity with our industry, coupled with his knowledge of our customers will allow him to have an immediate impact on our business.”

Mike will be responsible for promoting and selling all products in FlashCo’s portfolio, as well as developing and expanding FlashCo’s partnerships to maximize revenue growth. In addition, Mike will be responsible for growing FlashCo’s relationships with architects, specifiers and consultants as the company increases its spec driven business. Mike will also be a key contributor to new product development as FlashCo continues to enhance its product lineup.

Prior to FlashCo, Mike held sales management positions with Gulf Coast Supply, NB Handy Corporation, Nations Roof, Johns Manville, MeadWestvaco Corporation and Veritiv Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration-Marketing from the University of Akron, and his professional activities include: CRSMCA Associate Group President, American Institute of Architects (AIA), Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) and Roof Consultants Institute (RCI).
